How Our Pricing Works

We use graduated slab pricing — like Indian income tax. Each slab rate applies only to the employees within that band, not to everyone. This means no sudden bill drops or cliff effects when you grow.

It won't be. With graduated slab pricing, each additional employee is charged at that slab's rate — adding the 51st employee costs ₹60 more, not less. There are no cliff effects or sudden drops in your bill.

On the 1st of every month, we take a snapshot of your active employee count. If it exceeds your plan, a differential bill is raised for that month based on the graduated slab for the additional employees. You can also proactively expand your plan from within the application at any time.

The minimum plan is for 25 employees — ₹1,750/month (₹19,320/year). Even if you have fewer employees, the minimum of 25 applies.

No. All features — payroll, statutory compliance, biometric attendance, letters, ESS portal, reports, and more — are available on every plan regardless of employee count.
